I visited Marina Abramović 's exhibition today, and I was deeply impressed by her exploration of limits and her bold and avant-garde art style. She pushes the limits of the physical and spiritual, showing a primitive response and a sincere and pure artistic attitude.

I was most impressed by a live interactive performance that was a recreation of her 1977 work "Imponderabilia". The performance consisted of two artists, a man and a woman, standing naked in a doorway facing each other, with the audience having to pass through a small gap between them. I have been observing the audience's behaviour for some time, and most of the audience chose to pass towards the female artist, which reflects the different attitudes of society towards the 'male gaze' and the 'female gaze', and may have something to do with the fact that women are generally perceived to be more inclusive. In this interaction, I observed people's behavioural tendencies when faced with awkward and uncomfortable situations. This is not just an art performance, but also a profound reflection of gender issues in society. Through this nakedness, the artist makes us face our inner prejudices and unconscious social norms.

Although Abramovic herself did not appear in the show, the past works shown through projections were equally powerful. Her work is not only an exploration of the body and mind, but an unfolding of vulnerability and the inevitability of exposure. Through this intense artistic expression, she succeeds in bringing the viewer into a space of reflection that is both personal and universal. I was greatly inspired by this exhibition, which not only enriched my artistic vision, but also stimulated me to think deeply about social issues. This experience will have a profound impact on my creative practice and understanding, and I look forward to expressing the same deep and sincere reflection in my future works.

I would like to end this journey with a quote of hers that I like very much, "We always project into the future or reflect in the past, but we are so little in the present. The spirit in any condition does not burn".
